The cheesecake is amazing. The peanut butter pie is amazing. The people are so sweet. I can't think of a better place to grab a bite in such a sweet hometown atmosphere.

Breakfast burrito was really good! Huevos rancheros was pretty good. It was all good but not amazing, which Is why I gave it 4 star instead of 5. Service was pretty good. Food was out fast.

This was a fabulous place. All the locals go there. The menu is incredibly large. The portions are incredibly large. The choices are mind boggling. Five of us each had something and loved our choices. It's a great and the service was wonderful.

Highly recommended. Great food. Friendly service. Well worth the stop.

The line outside "The Pantry Restaurant " told me, "this is a great place to dine", despite it's modest apperance from the street. I was alone so I got in quickly. I didn't know there was counter seating which you can sit on a stool instead of waiting for a table. That was fine with me. It was a tough decision choosing a meal because everything looked so good as I saw each beautiful presentation of plates piled high with mouthwatering food as I sat at the counter! It was fast but extremely friendly service! I finally decided on the combo plate, and I was not disappointed! The prices were great as was the food! The service was excellent! When the server's are loving there job's, and having fun, you know you came to the right place! I'm so glad that long line didn't let me walk on by this time!

One of our favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. Consistently great food. Nice small New Mexican restaurant vibe with plenty of options. We like both breakfast and later day meals. Green Chile is wonderful.

Stopped in while visiting Santa Fe, and was definitely not disappointed. The restaurant was clean - if a little bit cluttered feeling, and felt very welcoming. Our service was solid, and the staff seemed very friendly. All the menu items seemed very reasonably priced, they had a decent variety of options between all-day breakfast and lunch/dinner plates. The food itself was terrific, and it all came out pretty quickly after ordering. Not the most luxurious dining experience, but definitely a good, quality meal at a great price with a down-home, diner feel to it. I would stop in again.

You will be delighted! This place is absolutely awesome. We never wait more than a few minutes at any restaurant EXCEPT this one because it’s worth the wait, and you will wait, especially during our the holidays. The breakfast burrito with sausage, breakfast enchiladas, omelette and pancakes are delicious but bring an appetite, portions are huge. Aside from the awesome food, the wait staff is friendly and personable even though they have got to be stressed as busy as they are. They go out of their way to accommodate their guests!

A Santa Fe institution, and a great place to grab breakfast. Go early to avoid the lines, but even if there's a wait, they move people through the dining room efficiently, so have never had the wait be too long. All the expected diner classics and Santa Fe specials, try the breakfast burrito. This is New Mexican cuisine which differs from Mexican cuisine. Don't miss!

Huge portions, fresh ingredients, nice people. Everything you could want in a country breakfast. Including a cinnamon roll that you could spend a weekend in.

A-mazing. Stopped in for a quick bite and ending up staying for pie! Key lime was zesty and an amazing brisket. The customers were telling me how great the place was as we were sitting there. Clean, courteous and flavorful. We will definitely be back!

A hometown favorite! When I would visit from out of state I would say that I’m never fully home until I ate at The Pantry. They have the best Chile in town and their breakfast is some of the healthiest and cleanest New Mexican food one can find! My go to is their smothered breakfast burritos with Christmas.They have a very smooth COVID protocol too! You can call ahead and they bring it right to your car, wearing gloves masks and all.

The brisket tacos are good and tender; however, they are not made onsite. You'll be able to tell by the lack of smell of bbq or smoked meats. Our waiter informed us they come frozen and are reheated but would not disclose the actual brand so that was slightly disappointing. Other than that, nice place and breakfast options. My husband enjoys the chili.

Best meal in Santa Fe, the breakfasts are top notch and the lunches are on point. Great service, good coffee, good people. Cant ask for more than that.

Even the customers were in a good mood at this cozy restaurant in Santa Fe. Our very nice waiter, Brandon, was quick to see to our needs. The Mexican food was tasty and was ample for the hungriest in our party. Our only unfulfilled wish (that is still most places) is the lack of vegan and/or vegetarian options, other than salads and a few sides.. though a surprise in Santa Fe. The salad, by the way, was generous and fresh. We will definitely be back.

The food here is SO GOOD!! This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you. There is great service and major deliciousness waiting inside! Be sure and have some of their homemade, lime-drizzled potato chips, and DEFINITELY get something with the house green chile on it.

I wish I could give this place more then 5 stars. Walked into busy restaurant, packed full of people and staff running about, good sign in my books. Everyone was friendly from manager that greeted us as we came in to the waiters and bus staff. Ordered Pantry Club w/ house-made chips... omfg amazing. So good and beats any club combo I've had back in California.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Unique seating at the group table which encouraged conversation and getting to know others. The cookies sold at the counter were a delicious cherry on top of the dining experience. Will definitely be coming again!

Had breakfast there order a breakfast burrito christmas. Was good but chile both red and green lacked flavor and heat in my opinion.Hostess and ladies who bus tables and fill coffee where awesome. Waiter seemed bothered by our presence. Not friendly at all.

This restaurant exceeded expectations. My friend said his biscuits and gravy were wonderful which is high praise. I had the eggs and potatoes and it was excellent. Nice homey atmosphere. We will be back.

Another 5 star place to eat in Santa Fe. I'm not a slim person but I would have many more pounds on me if I lived here!The Pantry was recommended by a friend who knows the city and it's restaurants. This place has a diner character and feel to it. Has about 8 stools at the counter at the front. Very busy and it looks like a healthy mix of locals and out of towners. I had the huevos rancheros with green Chile. Great flavor and a generous portion. Coffee was slightly above average but this place isn't a coffeehouse, it's all about the food. My son had waffles and they were good but not great. I saw many delicious looking plates of food going to other tables - I think that most dishes here are probably solid. And the service - the service was the friendliest I encountered in Santa Fe. Everyone smiled and came across as completely genuine. Highly recommended for a great meal at a great price.

The Pantry is a great local dinner. The food is fresh and the staff is very friendly. the dining area is a bit crowded but that is to be expected due to the fact the food is so good. I've never had a bad experience here. I recommend trying the blue corn pancakes they are my favorite.

Our favorite hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Santa Fe! Good selection of meal choices at reasonable prices. (They could do a better job of keeping the restrooms clean, though.) We highly recommend this restaurant! 😋

One of my favorite breakfast locations in Santa Fe! Great menu with New Mexican classics along with American plates. Always popular with locals and visitors, so expect a wait sometimes.

We ordered take out and it was so fast we had to have them wait to make it. Pick up was fast and efficient. Everyone enjoyed their meal from the chicken wrap, chicken fried steak with red chili, and the frito pie. Grab some cinnamon rolls while you are there and reheat then the next morning. I’m sure they are better fresh but they were still delicious the next day and we are glad we got them.

Portions are large! Food has amazing tasty! Service was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend for anyone passing through or staying in Santa Fe

We have come to this restaurant multiple times and they are always very busy, but the wait is worth it. It is a small kind of hole in the wall restaurant. The food is exceptional with your classic breakfast as well as some genuine New Mexican style food. They have one of the best pancakes I have ever had especially dipped in their delicious whipped cream. Some of the dishes were a little dirty, however they seem to take good care of the place and it is a very nice, very tasty restaurant and I will be dining here again.

Outstanding New Mexican and American food choices. Perfectly seasoned and consistently delicious. Two of our favorites are the chicken enchiladas and breakfast sandwich with red and green chili! Welcoming staff, very efficient service and clean restaurant. Highly recommend this place!

The food here was great and we didnt have to wait long at all. We got the chicken bacon avocado wrap and brisket stuffed sopapilla and I fell in love with the green Chile sauce. Our sever was okay, not bad but nothing special either. The atmosphere was cozy. Small and not much room to wait when its busy. Overall worth it and I do suggest to try it!

What a gem! I tried the chicken fried steak, NM style with red and green sauce. It was awesome! The fresh veggies were perfectly cooked, the mashed potatoes were perfect also. Our waiter Tyler, was attentive, knowledgeable about how the food is prepared and made and what ingredients were in each dish. I'll absolutely be back!

The Pantry has a very delicious breakfast. Their green chile was fantastic in the meal I posted. I would definitely go back if I find myself in Santa Fe again.

Best breakfast place we went to in Santa Fe. We ordered different dishes and were all satisfied. I went with the breakfast burrito and the green chilli was arguably the best I had in Santa Fe. The coffee was good too. If you are coming from "downtown" Santa Fe the entrance is a little tricky, but there is plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and efficient. The wait was not bad at all and totally worth it.

Never had a bad experience here. Real comfort food that will leave your belly very happy. The owners are great people, second generation from what I understand. That and the line outside the door whenever they’re open should tell you what a great place this is. Good thing they’re opening a second location by SFCC!

Loved the service and the food. There was a great variety for the 5 of us and each plate was delicious. We had breakfast, burgers, and tacos and we were all satisfied.

Everything a diner should be. The place had a good crowd at 4pm on the day after Thanksgiving which just goes to show. Good quality cooking and fresh bread. Really a family place, very warm and highly recommended for a low key meal.

BEST BREAKFAST TACOS I'VE HAD!!! After spending two summers in NM, I have had my fair share of breakfast tacos. I believe NM has the best breakfast tacos of any state, and I am from Texas so that's saying something. I stopped here on my way back to Texas one morning and tried their chorizo breakfast taco. By far the best I've had! My friend got his with bacon and it was also amazing.

A Good Place That Has Been Good for a Long Time. However, they sometimes rush the food and it arrives pretty cool in temperature when it reaches your table. That is how it's been the last few times. I'll still go because I expect it to not always be that way.

During our trip to Santa Fe, we visited the oft-recommended Pantry, a cozy diner-style spot known for their New Mexican cuisine. My partner ordered the Tortilla burger and I had a bowl of green chile - neither of us was disappointed. If you’re in Santa Fe, check this little place out!

This place was awesome. We are from Colorado and were planning on eating at Denny's but it was closed so we went to The Pantry and we were so glad we did. The food was delish and came out fast and the staff was friendly and on top of it!!!

Love The Pantry! My opinion it's the best place to eat in Santa Fe! We come every visit!

Outstanding carne adovada. Called in for a carry out. Picked it up 10 minutes later. I got a carne adovada burrito plate. The red Chile was authentic, delicious and just the right amount of heat. I also had a side order of 2 sopapillas and was amazed that they were huge. They were thick and a lot closer to fry bread. As you can from the picture I ate the whole plate and even mopped up the leftover Chile with the sopapillas!!!! I definitely recommend this place and will be returning....often.
